Micro salary increments?
Imagine if a big company ...say ..based in India, (doesn't matter where, but India yeah ..ask me why) ..anyways...started training the S***T out of their employees, and immediately ..like ..realtime, started increasing their salary in micro increments after every piece of training is completed; they'd be fools to leave and go somewhere else, if where they went wasn't offering the same opportunities? If a trained person can earn you more, and you can leverage him more, then it's trivial to pay him /her/they/them/it a small fraction of their/them/those's extra value to the business?

Imagine how it would MESS with your brain, (IN A GOOD WAY) if you do a tiny 3 hour after hours course, and instantly the next moring you get to work, and there's this note from HR with an adjustment to your salary package, extra 50p a month.
man that would be REVOLUNTIONARY! And a whole lotta fun :D
Companies can publish rewards and incentives towards the skills they want, but reward ALL improvements that add value, except learning to play the bass guitar.
